Director

Atiya Jaffar
Atiya is a third year student at UBC enrolled in the Global Resource Systems program. Her Model UN Career kicked off in her senior year of high school at a MUN Conference in Trinity Western University where she entertained the entire GA3 committee with what she believes was a very well replicated French accent. Atiya currently works as a Residence Advisor at UBC.

Chair

Laith Saran
Laith is the Chair for this year's Security Council session! Laith is a second year student at UBC currently studying commerce with a keen interest in international relations. When Laith is not studying or working up my next scheme, he can be found partaking in one of my several hobbies. Of course, this includes stamp collecting, book reading, cupcake baking, nature exploring, and most importantly of all: kite flying. Really! Don't get him started on how much he love flying kites! What, with all the physics, and the different designs, and all those other things... he could go on for ages!

Crisis Director

Michael Koole
Michael is very excited to help out in this years' ConnectMUN. He as well started MUN during high school, although he was forced to do it. Nonetheless he has enjoyed every moment of it with some highlights being StanfordMUN, UBCMUN, and next years' WorldMUN. Michael wishes you luck as he will do his best to test your emotional strength with the crises which will ensue.
